For residential landscape designers on SketchUp or AutoCAD
Your plant schedule, rebuilt in seconds after every redline.
Upload your plan or plant list. Terrafield checks each plant against the site's USDA hardiness zone, builds the schedule, and shows exactly what changed since the last export. No Land F/X license and no plugin.

Since Rev B: 2 quantities changed · 1 hardiness warning
Export CSV
Sample schedule. Zone ranges from USDA data.
The problem
The drawing changes. The schedule does not.
Quantities drift after a revision
You move six shrubs in Rev C, and the spreadsheet still says Rev B. The contractor finds the difference on site.
AI plant lists look right until they are wrong
Chatbots suggest plants that are not hardy in your zone, or that do not exist. You still check every row by hand.
The good tools are built for someone else
Land F/X automates schedules inside AutoCAD at $695 a year. On SketchUp, you rebuild the schedule by hand.
How it works
Three steps, one source of truth.
01
Drop in your plan
Upload a DXF export or a CSV, or paste a list. Terrafield reads block names and counts each plant.
02
Check every plant
Each species is matched to USDA data and the site's hardiness zone. A mismatch is flagged with the reason.
03
Export, then diff the next revision
Download CSV or Excel for your sheet set. Upload the next revision to see added, removed and changed quantities.

Can I use it today?
Not yet. We are building it with a small group of early users. Join the list and we will invite you as soon as the first version can handle real projects.
Where does the plant data come from?
Species names and hardiness ranges come from public USDA sources, including the USDA PLANTS database and the USDA Plant Hardiness Zone Map. Each check shows the source it used.
Do I need Land F/X or a plugin?
No. Terrafield runs in the browser. You upload a DXF export, a CSV or a pasted list, and you download a CSV or Excel file.
Does it check nursery availability?
Not in the first version. Availability changes by region and by week, so we start with names, hardiness and quantities.
What happens to the founding deposit?
It pays your first month at the founding price. If you change your mind before launch, reply to your receipt and we refund it in full.
