Terrafield runs terrafield.land. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it and what you can do about it. Contact us at hello@terrafield.land.

• Early access sign-up: your name, email, company (optional), your answers to the short survey, and whether you want an interview.
• Founding deposit: Stripe collects your payment details. We never see or store your card number. We receive the payment status and your email.
• Campaign tags: if you arrive from a link with UTM tags (for example utm_source), we store those tags with your sign-up or deposit.
• Technical data: our hosting provider processes standard request data such as your IP address and browser type to serve and protect the site.

• To contact you about early access, interviews and the product launch.
• To process, confirm and refund founding deposits.
• To learn which channels bring interested designers and contractors.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.

• Cloudflare hosts the site and stores sign-up and deposit records.
• Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy.
• Calendly handles bookings when you choose to schedule a call.

We keep sign-up data until you ask us to delete it, or until we close the early access program. We keep payment records as long as tax and accounting law requires.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to leave the early access list. Email hello@terrafield.land and we reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, for example in the EU, the UK or California, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limit access to stored data. No system is fully secure, so we collect only the data we need.

The site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.

We can update this policy. We change the "Last updated" date when we do. If a change is material and we have your email, we tell you before the change applies.
