Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use terrafield.land (the "site"), join the Terrafield early access list, or pay a founding member deposit. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Terrafield turns a landscape plan into a plant and material schedule, takeoffs and a priced estimate. The product is not yet generally available. Features, prices and launch dates on the site describe our plans and can change before launch.

When you join the list, you give us your name, email, company and survey answers. We use them to contact you about early access and to shape the product. A place on the list does not guarantee access by a given date. You can leave the list at any time by emailing hello@terrafield.land.

The founding deposit is $49. Stripe processes the payment. The deposit pays your first month of the Studio plan at the founding price of $49 a month.

You can get a full refund at any time before launch. Reply to your Stripe receipt or email hello@terrafield.land. If we do not launch the product, we refund every deposit in full.

Schedules, takeoffs, price matches and estimates that Terrafield produces are first drafts for you to review. They are not a binding bid, a professional design review or a guarantee of plant hardiness or supplier prices. You are responsible for checking every line before you send an estimate to a client.

You keep all rights to the plans, price lists and other files you give us. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service to you. You confirm that you have the right to upload them.

• Do not break the law or the rights of others when you use the site.
• Do not try to get access to systems or data that are not yours.
• Do not interfere with the site, for example with automated traffic or attacks.

The site, the Terrafield name and the site content belong to us or our licensors. Photography on the site is public domain or CC0.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We can update these terms. We change the "Last updated" date when we do. If a change is material and we have your email, we tell you before the change applies.
